Returns for wool yarn will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong yarn product was delivered
  • The yarn is damaged or defective

Color Variation Notice:

Please note that yarn colors may slightly vary between batches. This is a natural occurrence in yarn production.

Because of this:

  • We recommend ordering yarn in bulk if starting a project
  • Or confirming colors before placing your final order

Returns based on color variation will not be accepted, as this information is clearly mentioned on each product page.


Tools, Hardware & Tech Accessories Warranty

For tools, hardware items, and tech accessories, any warranty claims will be handled directly by the manufacturer or brand company.

Quick Cart 99 is not responsible for manufacturer warranty approvals, rejections, or processing timelines. Customers must contact the brand’s official service center for warranty-related matters.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The product must include original packaging

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.


Delivery Charges Policy

If the return or exchange is requested due to a customer’s preference, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), Quick Cart 99 will cover the return shipping cost.
